Booking

Ontario Footprints experience packages are based on a minimum booking of 4 persons and double occupancy at The Deakins on Mountainview Bed and Breakfast. Contact us for a quote on groups of fewer or more than 4 persons. 

Ontario Footprints prefers advance reservations with 30 days notice if possible. This lead-time permits us to make the necessary arrangements for your experience package.

A 50% deposit will confirm your booking and an invoice for the cost of the full package will be emailed to you.

Ontario Footprints will forward package details to you once your deposit is received. These include a confirmation letter, your itinerary for the program, a list of what to bring, directions to your experiences, terms for the Bed and Breakfast stay, a waiver and medical form.

Payment

Both the deposit and the balance payment are made in Canadian dollars in advance of your experience package either by cheque or online with a credit card through PayPal. Full payment is due 30 days in advance of the experience date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of the experience package is accepted in writing by the person who made the booking.

As some of our costs are incurred before to the experience package date, we require the following cancellation fees:

  • more than 30 days before the package date – 90% refund
  • 30 - 15 days before the package date – 50% refund
  • 14 days or less before the package date package date  - no refund
